Hello, Friends. It is another I Brake for Stamps Tuesday DT card. This one features a background stamp called “Fashion Background.” This makes such a  sweet girly card. 

I heat embossed the stamp in black embossing powder on white cardstock. Then I used my Tim Holtz sponge pads with Tattered Rose and Weathered Wood Distress ink to give it a little color.

My cute little dress form die is from Whimsy Stamps and I cut it from black cardstock and Kaiser Krafts pattern paper. Then I added some Viva Décor Pearl Pen for the belt. My sentiment was created on my PC and I added some sheer polka dot ribbon to finish the card.
