another fun challenge at Magnolia-licious. Our theme for the last challenge of
the year is…
Use a
Doily!
My card features “Cozy Christmas Tilda” and “A Joyful Christmas” sentiment from the New Winter Wonderland collection. I used three doilies on my card with two Magnolia Mini Doilies and
Tim Holtz On the Edge Vintage Doily.
I colored Tilda with Copics in
blue and brown to match my Bo Bunny Woodland Winter designer papers. And I used
a dotted coloring technique to make Tilda’s sweater look fluffy. My DP panels
were machine stitched and distressed for lots of texture. I played with lots of
die cuts for this card with tags, flourishes, lace and flowers.
