Hello, Friends and Happy Hump
Day! The Design team at Midweek Magnolias has a new challenge for you and our
theme this week is "Weddings."
My card features the adorable Tilda
Bride and Bridesmaid from the 2010 Wedding Collection.
I used some beautiful Magnolia
papers from the collection as well and some new die cuts.
I distressed several elements with
SU’s Crumb Cake ink pad; I love this color. The oval frame was layered on some
cheese cloth for a soft delicate look. For my heart tag I added a “love” stamp
and a double heart gold metal charm.
My image is colored in Copics
and I added some Viva Décor pearls to the Bride’s necklace and hair. Both of my
sweeties received a coat of stickles on their dresses and the Bride’s shoes and
headpiece. I used Frosted Lace for the Bride and Stardust for the Bridesmaid.
I replicated similar elements
for the inside of my card. The sentiment is from Hero Arts.
