Hello, Friends. Happy
Wednesday! It’s time for another Wee Wednesday. Eulanda
and I are showcasing our cards for this week and I hope you enjoy these darling stamps.
I was recently inspired by Norma Lee of "From My Craft Room" to
create a Front Side Step card and it just so happens I had this lovely “Hopeful”
stamp all colored up. I used some fun new papers from Doodlebug Design
for her as the colors are just perfect and all of my cardstock is Bazzill.
She is framed with my new
Spellbinders Decorative Labels 8 die and I inked the outer edge with Spun Silk
Distress Ink. I colored Hopeful with Copics and added a little gold Spica to
her hair for shine and sparkle.
My Magnolia tag die has a “HUGS”
sentiment from Hero Arts with a new decorative rhinestone from Queen &
Co. I also used one for the middle of my ribbon bow made with Vintage Seam Binding from Wild Orchid Crafts.
The pearl lace is from JoAnn’s Fabrics. I love browsing this store for unusual
elements to use on my cards. All of my flowers are from Prima, layered with brads
from my stash. My flourish die cut is from Marianne Designs.
Here’s a close up of my image.
She is certainly adorable and fits lots of occasions.
I added a couple of flowers to
the inside and a blank label for a personal message.
I’m entering my card in the
following challenges:
Everybody Art Challenge– Pearls
