Happy Hump Day, Friends! I’m sharing my DT project for our “Christmas
is Coming” challenge at Midweek Magnolias.
You have one more week to make a card or project to join in the
challenge. Follow our rules and theme and you will have a chance to win a prize
from Magnolia Sweden.
My card features “Sparkle Poinsettia Tilda” from the new Waiting for Christmas collection. I colored Tilda with Copics and stitched around her
double Spellbinders frame. I used traditional color Christmas papers from Magnolia and Bazzill cardstock. I added lots of sparkle and bling to my Christmas card.
I used some sparkly sheer ribbon that I received from my good
friend, Julie Price. It was part of a Christmas gift a couple years ago. My sentiment
stamp, ribbon stamp and ribbon die cut is from Papertrey Ink. I heat embossed “Season’s
Greetings” with Sea-foam white embossing powder after stamping and die cutting
the ribbon.
Here’s a close up of Tilda.
I hope my project inspires you to join us for the challenge. Have
a fabulous week.
