Midweek Magnolias 100th Challenge Celebration Blog Hop

Happy Hump Day, Friends!

We are celebrating our 100th Challenge this week at Midweek Magnolias. So the Design Team decided to have a Blog Hop in celebration of this phenomenal feat.

If you just arrived from Suzi’s blog then you are on the right track. If you need to start over go to the Midweek Magnolias Challenge Blog and start at the beginning.

Here is the blog hop line up just in case you get lost.

Cathy (that’s me)

Be sure to stop at all of the DT’s blogs for a chance to win some candy. Then head back to the Challenge Blog to leave a comment and join us for the challenge. You don’t want to miss out as we have several extra sponsors for this event.

Magnolia Sweden
Magnolia-licious
The Ribbon Girl
Bearly Mine Designs

Your project or card must follow the “Celebration” theme and rules on the Challenge Blog to be eligible for one of the prizes.

For the celebration I decided to make a Christmas card since it is just around the corner and I added a darling shaker card element.

My project features "Ski Star Tilda" from the brand new 2014 Waiting for Christmas collection. Not certain what her official name is yet but I will update this post when the information becomes available.

I used some new papers from Doodlebug Designs and lots of new die cuts. I colored Tilda with Copics to coordinate with my papers and embellies and I added a bit of glitter to her hat. The shaker has a mixture of Diamond Dust, Glitter and Flower-soft for the snow.

Here’s a close up of Tilda. I had a lot of fun coloring her.

********************

I have two "Sweet Stuff" packages to give away. Each package contains:

  • 2 Magnolia Stamps
  • 1 Saturated Canary Stamp
  • 1 Paper Nest Dolls Stamp
  • 1 Bells & Whistles Stamp
  • 1 La-La Land Marci Stamp
  • 1 Die Cut (Spellbinders or Wild Rose Studio)
All you have to do to be eligible to win is:

1.  Become a Follower if you aren't already
2.  Leave me a comment

I will draw the winners at the end of the challenge and post them on October 29 during our next Midweek Magnolias challenge.

********************

Your next stop on the hop is the lovely and talented...

Don’t forget to stop back at the challenge blog at the end of your hop and link up a “Celebration” project for a chance to win some fabulous prizes.
