Hello Blog Friends! I have
another card to share with you today. I’ve been inspired to create cards with
every stamp I received in my Magnolia Summer Memories Collection kit. So I am
working on Kit #2 and they all need to be entered in the Magnolia-licious
Medley Collection Club (which BTW is exclusive to members) by August so I’m
getting a head start. Hopefully, I’ll be able to submit cards for Kit #1 as
well.
My card today features Summer
Flower Tilda and the Barbed Wire Fence stamps.
I created my own background
paper for this one with Magnolia Butterfly stamps from the 2011 Butterfly
Dreams Collection. I embossed them with clear embossing powder on white
cardstock then sponged on Victorian Velvet Distress Ink. I used a decoupage
effect for Tilda’s head, her shoes and a couple of flowers for dimension.
