Hello, Friends! I made a new card
that I want to share with you using a new Wee Stamp that Diana has in her store at
Magnolia-licious.
Her name is Iris and she is such
a cute fairy don’t you think? She is a Wee Stamp by Sylvia Zet. I
colored her with Copics and covered her wings with Glamour Dust. I also used my Kaleidoscope Gelly Roll glitter pen for some of Iris's flowers.
I used a lot of Frantage (crazy
with it today) on the card after distressing with my Zutter, added embossing ink
and heat embossed the aged enamel on the edges. This technique is lots of fun, provides
a vintage sparkle, and no mess.
I use round coffee filters to
pour my glitter and embossing powders on my elements. They have natural anti static properties and you virtually don’t waste a spec of product.
Here’s a shot with Iris so you
can see her in all her glistening fairy glory.
And here’s a close up of Iris’
coloring.
