Hello Friends! I am so happy to be back to blogging!!!
You've probably been wondering what happened to me...LOL My hubby, Bruce, and I bought a 5 acre ranch in Sedalia, Colorado along the beautiful stretch of Highway 105 on the way to the Palmer Divide. It was a very stressful time getting all packed up after 9 years in Highlands Ranch. But we got it done and our movers took good care of us.
Now that the new home is all unpacked (by that I mean my new craft room digs) I'm feeling back to normal and getting back to crafting. My previous post in April...yes that's almost 5 months ago...I made a card for the Magnolia-licious Highlites Easter-Spring Extravaganza Contest and I was voted as 2nd place winner for Category #2 Mini Magnolia card!!! I was so happy and loved shopping at my favorite Magnolia Store with $75 gift certificate. Thank you to everyone who voted for me. It's been a long time coming for that gratitude, but I truly am grateful.
Love those Fall Colors!
For my first post in a loooonnnngggg time, I am entering this card in the Magnolia-licious Highlites Challenge, Fall or Back to School Projects using Rich Fall Colors.
I finished my card last evening using one of my very favorite stamps "Fall Standing Tilda."
My DPs are from Deja Views which I've had in my stash for several years and can't seem to use it up. But this was the perfect opportunity. The cardstock is Bazzill of course and I finally got to use one of my Cheery Lynn Designs Doily dies. I inked all the edges with Walnut Stain and cut some scrap cardstock with my Marvy leaf punches to make leafy Flowers. I added a couple of Prima "Say It with Pearls" embellishments to finish them off. The Fibers are from BasicGrey of the Stella Ruby collection.
Tilda is colored with Copics as usual which is my primary medium of choice. I used so many colors that I didn't catalog them which I usually do. To complete her look I added some Gold Stickles to her wings and Glossy accents to her boots.

Thanks for taking time to stop by and visit. I will have more to come and will occasionally throw in a few photos of the ranch and our animals.
